We have a shipment that we would like to reverse so that we can change the price on the customer order. Would this be possible? Any help would be much appreciated.

I did some background check and I was able to find the following information in our internal knowledge base.

“Closed status- when a shipment is closed, the goods
have left the sender, and no further changes to the content of the shipment is allowed. The only activities still allowed when a shipment is closed, is to create invoice, send or resend the dispatch advice, print shipment documents and transport
labels.”

Hi @andrei.borromeo ,

If customer order not invoiced yet you can undo you shipment like below;

 

 

Then you can check your shipment status, it should be completed but not delivered.

 

After that you can go to your Customer Order and change what you need. then you can deliver your shipment.

 

If CO was invoiced you have to clear invoice first and undo shipment like above.
