"Resource not found" when I try to change "Invoice Recipient" in Manual Supplier Invoice Posting Proposal window

Hello,

When I try to change “Invioce Recipient” in the Posting Proposal window on Manual Supplier Invoice there is an information “Resource not found” and I can not save changes.

This is IFSCloud 23R2 UPD5.

Any idea what can be the reason?
