Please help in designing the logic for one report which is generating through report generator in IFS 9. In IFS Cloud 25R1 this report generator is not available. Hence how we can create the same report using IFS Business reporter.
The name of the report is IFSR5 - COST CENTERS in IFS9 . This report provide trial balance data along with cost centers

Hi,
The replacement for Report Generator is the Business Reporter (BR) tool. The BR tool, is very different from report generator. We have no migration tool to convert the Rep Gen report to BR.
BR does come with sample reports (such as a trail balance, and other). These sample reports are similar in nature to the IFS Rep Gen sample reports, where the suggested process is copy the sample, and then adjust the copied report. The sample BR reports use accounting structures to select data for the various sections of the report.
Your TB with Cost Center, is a user defined report. Based on a quick review, that report can easily be recreated as a BR report.
BR is very different, from other reporting tools, as such I highly recommend some BR training. It’s not something that can be learned from a forum like this.
