To reduce the number of different software systems, we would like to replace (best of breed) credit management system OnGuard with IFS Credit Management. Has anyone done this succesfully?

I’ve replaced “other” best of breed credit management systems. The key for adoption is to create a lobby or similar that replaces the view you would see in the best of breed. Per my experience a lobby that would show everything you want to see about a customer all at the same time. Similar to customer 360 but focusing on credit perspective including the most recent credit notes.
But also a lobby that may look like the credit overview screen showing multiple customers at the same time.
It takes a bit to get the users to buy into a new solution. The lobby can help a great deal.
