We have been using the posting proposal since IFS GoLive in our company. Today, I would like to know if it is possible to remove it at this level, and how.

I believe this is not possible. When you enable Posting Proposal in a company, you get this message.

When you are enabling posting Proposal in the information message it clearly state that,
This will make it mandatory to use Posting Proposals in this company. It won't be possible to unselect this after creating Posting Proposals within the company.
I hope the phrase it won’t be possible to unselect this after creating Posting Proposal elaborate the irreversibility of the Posting control option.
