Or is it necessary to use Customization?
We would like to change the head wording

+16What tools are you using for the document layouts? The reminder layout for this should be amended in the same way that an invoice layout is changed. The header information is not basic data that can be changed in the client directly (unlike address or logo etc.)
It’s most likely done using Report Designer and most customers either have in-house skill to make this change or can reach out to IFS technical consultants to support them.
