Hi Community,

 

I have created a Template Customer, and filled in info in Invoice and Payment sections, after connecting the template customer to a company.

eg:

Then I use the template customer in the Quick Register Customer screen:

 

On the Misc Info step, IFS allows me to change info such as Payment Term [which connects to the Invoice section of the customer].

 

However, when Finish is clicked, and the new customer gets created, none of the sections where company connection is present [eg: invoice, payment] get filled in the new customer record.

 

Is this the expected behavior? Isn’t Quick Register Customer able to fill in sections where company connection is present?

 

Note that if “Copy Customer” is done from the Customer screen, these sections also get copied in.

What’s the IFs Cloud version that you are using currently. I just checked in one of our IFS Cloud 24R2 reference environments and this seems to be fixed now.
