Hey IFS Community

How do I access previous/past supplier payment proposals?

I went into below path but I can only access the one which has been created.

  •  

  • Financials

  • Accounts Payable

  • Supplier Payment Proposal

  • Supplier Payment Proposals

Hi @Aus S,

Details won’t be available in the payment proposal once you create the payment order. You can get the details from ‘Payment file trace information’.

Thank you for your reply and the method. it’s helpful.

 

Can I know what would be the search criteria to get the trace? I have the payment date, or the date payment proposal has been created. Would this be helpful or need to search by a different criterion?

You can use payment proposal creation date. Refer below screen preview.

I use IFS cloud and when I search by date created nothing comes up.

whereas in Historic Payment File I can see the heading of the file. I can’t access the details of the payment though :(

Hi @Aus S,

It loaded data for me in 22R1. Hope you select the date from calander in search parameters. just refresh the window and try. if you still haven’t record you may check about access configurations.
