Hello to the community,

I am trying to view the preposting on collective customer invoice but the option is greyed in my environment

I have checked on another customer’s environment and the option is not greyed for them, they can click on preposting to view them on header of collective customer invoice. 

NB : for normal invoice (with only one CO) I can right click on header of invoice and view preposting; it is greyed only for collective invoice.

If you have any idea as to the possible reasons for this greyed option, please share.
