Preliminary Payments transactions

Preliminary payment transactions are classified as warning when closing the accounting period. Therefore you should be able to close the period.

@gumabs that's correct, we can close the accounting period even after warning msg exist but is there any way to check those Not approved transactions?

I dont know your version of application but check following windows.

Mixed Payment with NotApproved status

Customer Payment with Preliminary status (not applicable for cloud)

Supplier Payment with Preliminary status (not applicable for cloud)

Customer Offset with Preliminary status

Supplier Offset with Preliminary status

Supplier Payment Proposals

Customer Payment Proposals
