We are starting the e-invoice project with Pagero now and I wonder if we have the right invoice xml format in IFS with all the tags needed if we are on IFS10 and UPD26? Do you know if there are some new needed tags added in later updates?

what kind of e-invoice do you want import to IFS?
You can’t import any xml files to IFS.
Check these xml tags:

As far as I can see in GET Release Notes for Poland in UPD27 and UPD28, the main change has been in UPD27:
New Standard Audit File for Fixed Assets, JPK_ST_KR file
