+2We’ve created a Customer Order that includes both regular order lines and rental lines, all of which are linked to the corresponding project and activity sequence. However, in the Project, the planned revenue is being updated only for the normal order lines, not for the rental lines.
Am I missing any specific setup for this?
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Now, I’m not sure what posting controls are used for Rental events but if they are missing you’ll see that in the refresh job. See an example below:

Yeah, we already tried the same but no luck, we ended up with the same error.
You’ll need to debug this in the DB with a technical person. Or open a support case with IFS. The error message sounds more like a bug to me.
