We have an issue when uploading PDF in External Supplier Invoice Document Files.
When we upload an invoice image using a reader: We are not able to open the document.
When we drag and drop it (Same document) there is no issue. We can aopen it properly…

What kind of Reader are you using? If it is not FTP please try with that. More information can be found here:

We are using a shared databased.

Hi had the same issue. So i setted up an FTP and all of a sudden it worked. That means the reader had to access an FTP server instead of a File server
