Is there a standard IFS report that is used to producing HMRC UK Govt Payment Practices reporting, and if so how do we access this?

+16IFS has a standard UK supplier payment practices report, but it’s available only in IFS Cloud in 21R2 onwards, I’m afraid.
The name of the report is “Supplier Payment date Analysis”.
