Hi,
I cannot find payment output file path (directory) in Cloud 21R2 unlike Aurena or IEE. Can someone please confirm, is this an enhancement of Cloud or otherwise some permission issue in my user account that I do not see that option? Please advise.

This is a common behavior in local file creation in the Aurena and Cloud.
It will not be possible to provide “Output file directory” and “Output file directory, history” in IFS Aurena/ IFS cloud in the payment method per institute window. The output files will be downloaded to the browser default download folder, upon creating the payment order.
The server output path /Oracle directory is used when creating the payment order files via background job process. These paths are also removed from IFS Cloud.
The user can define FTP server locations in order to create the output files.
