Hi there, is there a way to pick up a parked payment and apply it as a CUPOA on an account?

I dont know what is your app version but You can do this by using Customer Offset window in IFS10 and earlier versions. If you are in IFS Cloud, then you can do this in Customer Offset Proposals. The other method is using Mixed Payment window.
