Offset Command Missing in Customer Check Page – IFS Cloud 25R1

Hi everyone, 

According to the latest IFS Cloud 25R1 release notes, there should be a new ‘Offset’ command available in the Customer Check window. 

 

However, during our testing in both the ifscloud25r1dc1 environment and the Enablement environment, the Offset command does not appear.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could you please advise if there's a specific configuration, permission, or setup step required to enable this functionality?

Hi, 

This is 25R1. 

The offset is available - assuming you did not previously match the check to open items. 

For example, day 1, we get a check, but have no idea what invoice is to be matched. So we create the check record, no matching.  Later we use the offset to match to invoice / other items. 

In your example, I don’t see an open value, looks like it was matched with something, for that reason the offset is not available.
