Check if your user is added to Invoice Posting Authorizer.

I did some research in old IFS cases and I was able to found some possible bug corrections. Therefore, if you have set up your basic data correctly. I suspect this could be due to a bug in the system and therefore, it is better to raise a case to IFS Support.
