Hi everyone,

Do you have experience with this kind of depreciation methods and what could have gone wrong in the migration, considering that I have 2 Objects with the same depreciation method, and for one IFS calculates the monthly amount until end of depreciation correctly, meanwhile for the other one, at some point is not finding period 13 of relative year and it stops.

Thanks, Violeta

Hello,
I have migrated fixed assets multiple times, and indeed, sometimes migrated data cause problems. But the nature of your issue can only be investigated on data analysis - I cannot provide you explanantion without looking ate the data.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Which fields you investigate more precisely? I was looking at the Depreciation Start Date and Acquisition Date but for both assets, the dates are different. I mean Depreciation Start Date !=Acquisition Date.

There is a huge load of data, more than 8000 FA Objects and it’s been done by somebody else, I do not have access to the migrated files.
