I want to convert a Manual Supplier Invoice into pdf format. But unlike, Customer Invoice there is no Print option available for printing it.

In the Manual Supplier Invoice window you don’t get the print option.

Printing of a supplier invoice - to some degree was added back in apps 8 (maybe even 7.5). You need to enable the functionality per invoice type. This is is for printing what we would call a debit memo (in NA).
If you wish to print a similar document as an instant invoice to send this to a vendor as a rebilling process (for example invoicing for internal work such as re-packaging) you can look to the “outgoing” supplier invoice function. It’s nearly identical to instant invoice but it’s designed to send an invoice to a supplier.
The supplier invoice print (debit memo) function is enabled as below.
The outgoing supplier invoice functionality is shown below.
Similar to instant invoice you create the invoice and print.
