I reached out to a construction guy in IFS. 

My comment was - Sounds like it would be a document in doc man. Edit it and send it.

Confirmation from Construction guy… Yes, that's basically it.  You need to send two usually - 1 to sign before each payment and 1 before the final payment saying there are no liens once they've been paid.  You could tie it to indemnities for subcontractors, which would then warn or block payment until it's been signed.

Are these notices available in ifs standard? Like how reminders exist

No.   They would not be in IFS standard - the legal framework is different in every region.
