Can I get some help/Guidance with the below error on Voucher entry screen:
“Cannot find FA year and FA period for event date 10-JAN-23. Please check the Depreciation Calendar.”
The FA DEP Calendar exists in IFS

Once the depreciation calendar has been created, amend the voucher status manually to be Approved. There is no refresh function for vouchers in error so users must update the status when the issue has been solved.
After that, run the Update GL Vouchers process. If there is still an issue, a new description might be shown against the lines, or if it’s fine - it will be posted to the GL.
