If I understand well, e-invoicing in IFS (including Global Extension for Poland) assumes using third-party provider, like Pagero, to manage invoice exchange with public administration. 
If you want direct integration you should ask one of IFS Partners in Poland - they offer their own additions to IFS system managing the integration (message formats etc.)
