What’s the situation in IFS Apps 10

• IFS Apps 10:
  • Has limited country localization for Poland
  • Supports some statutory reporting
• But:

JPK_V7M (new Polish SAF-T VAT structure):

• was introduced later
• and is not fully covered in standard Apps 10

 Where JPK_V7M is supported

From documentation:

• JPK_V7M-related functionality is part of:
  • newer country solutions in IFS Cloud

 Meaning:

• Proper structured support (fields, validations, reporting)
• is mainly available in:
  • IFS Cloud (25R1 / 25R2 etc.)

 What people usually do in Apps 10

✔ Option 1 (most common)

• Build custom report / extraction
• Generate JPK file externally (XML)

✔ Option 2

• Use:
  • Business Reporter / SQL extraction
• Then:
  • convert to JPK format using external tools

✔ Option 3

• Use:
  • 3rd-party Polish localization tools
• Integrated with IFS

 Important limitation

 Apps 10:

• ❌ No standard JPK_V7M3 structure
• ❌ No automatic VAT grouping for Polish requirements
• ❌ No built-in XML generator for JPK

 Recommended approach (practical)

If JPK_V7M is critical:

• 👉 Move to IFS Cloud
• OR
• 👉 Implement custom solution in Apps 10
