Actually we delevopped a specific xml transformer to meet the requirements related to the new version : 00.04.01.

Then goal is to check whether 24R1 will solde this issue in standard.  new version : 00.04.01is normally included in 24R1/

24R1 offers the new xml version and works properly for SEPA Italy.

Hi everybody,

Starting this month I am facing an issue with the file as the home banking portal requires also the address details in the file, which as of now is not there Address Line 1 and City.

The data is present in the raw file, before the transformer gets applied, but the file after the transformer does not contain these details.

Have anybody created a transformed which pull also these details and managed to have the file accepted by the Italian portals?

​@Violeta  Have you had any success with this issue? We are facing the same at this time.

​@tjpatterson Have you enabled the detailed postal addres toggle on the supplier payment address and also on format specific info on payment methods? Addresses are only split to separate tags only when this is enabled.

​@piswpl Can you give me a little more guidance on where these check boxes are? I can’t seem to locate either. I am on version 25R1 if that has any effect on these.

My bad. Here in the UK with the HSBC bank I use the ISO20022 payment format to send the EUR payments through SEPA and not the SEPA payment format itself which I used during my projects in Italy. I’ll have another look.
