ISO20022 Missing xml tag

Hi All,

ISO20022 Core output file generated by IFS App10 is declined by HSBC since xml tag <Ctry> is missing on the Debtor Agent (<DbtrAgt>) section as shown below.

The country code is missing in the <DbtrAgt> section:

 

 

Expectation from HSBC is that It should be included in the Debtor Agent (<DbtrAgt>) section as follows.

 

 

Appreciate if you could let me know how to fetch a value (e.g. Country Code: NL) to <Ctry> xml tag under Debtor Agent (<DbtrAgt>) section on ISO20022 Core output file.

Hi, 

 Please see the following - after a set up change - Note this is dummy data - random key strokes for the account / other data. 

The address information including country was added due to the following screen / data. This is apps 10. 

The office code had the data added and then a new ISO file - now includes the address data.

do you have the xml tag <PstlAdr> in the tag < DbtrAgt>?

I thing there are some basic data missing in IFS.

In my xml file, xml tag <PstlAdr> in not included in the < DbtrAgt>. Do you know where to set this basic data in IFS
