Hello Community members,

One of IFS UK customer’s has an issue, when they’re sending the ISO20022 credit transfer file from Cloud to bank via SFTP integration. Danske bank is rejecting the file with following information: RR07 - RemittanceInformationInvalid - Remittance information structure does not comply with rules for payment type - Payment types Standard & Internal do not allow message to beneficiary

We’re using the standard ISO core Transformer on the Routing Address

What could be the reason of this error occuring?

Hi @Tolinn

the xml file contains any tags which are not available.

Check the xml file structure.

Hi @Tolinn

Did you manage to solve the problem with the error message: " RR07 - RemittanceInformationInvalid - Remittance information structure does not comply with rules for payment type - Payment types Standard & Internal do not allow message to beneficiary"
I experienced the same problem with one of my customer.
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Adam

@Adam Mazurczak

This was solved by modifying the core transformer for sending ISO20022 messages, basically removing the forbidden tags from the payload.

Hi @Tolinn

Thank you for your response. Is the modified transformer used only for transfers from Danske Bank, while other banks use the standard transformer? Or do all banks use the modified transformer?

BR,

Adam

@Adam Mazurczak

In this case customer was using Danske Bank for all their transactions in their UK Company. Therefore we had a dedicated routing address & rule setup for this company, whilst other companies used the std transformer.
