Invoice Postings business events

I am trying to document the accounting process for my company and am not able to find the business events that trigger the accounting for this.

I am able to find APInvoice which has the M93 posting but not the IP5 to hold the liability to creditors.

Has any been able to document this and know the business events to look at ?
