Hi Experts,

I was wondering if there is a way to add my user group ‘AC’ to all voucher types in an easy way (a  command or database task) per year/company ?. I am in below page, and I could add my group manually to each voucher type.

Thank you in advance for your response!

Hello @wrprabash

Go to Voucher Series per Voucher Type window and select all the years like below then click Create User Group per Voucher Serien button

Complete the information on command window and click OK

This should resolve your problem

Hope this helps

Thanks

Hi Furkan,

Thank you for the response. But i think, still it adds user group per voucher type for many years. I will have to do this for each voucher type manually ?. I was looking to add my user group for all voucher types per year with a single command.

Hi,
I think there’s no easy way to do it.

I think I would create a migration job to achieve it - using job of type “Migrate source data” selecting all rows from voucher_series view and inserting data to user group per voucher series.

Hi Adam,

Thank you for the response. Looks like no standard functionality and as you thought can use workarounds.
