Hi,
The permission of removing the records in the supplier open balance history window is granted to the user who creates the record only.
But the user who created it is no more in the company.
Even with the admin account we cannot delete the supplier open balance history.
Do you know an other way to delete a old supplier open balance history?
Hi,
From the admin account you can change the password for the user who created this supplier open balance history. You can change this from Solution manager.
Than you can logon as him and delete the record as that user.

It's a fair question why this logic is applied. I don't see a reason why system should check that only the user that created balance history is able to remove it.
It seems that it was designed like that, but I do not know why.
