How to create a credit invoice for an Instant invoice by RMB option?

Hi,

 

Can we create a Credit invoice for an Instant invoice using RMB option?

 

In my scenario, my invoice in Postedauth status. I have an RMB option ‘Create credit invoice’ for Instant invoice. I think this option has got enabled from a user created Menu. But it is greyed out. What can be the reason that option is greyed out?

Hi @Zuha Samsudeen 

You can create ‘Correction Invoice’ for an Instant invoice, according to the Standard functionality.

Use RMB option Correction Invoices >Create Correction invoice which is available in the Instant Invoice window.

This will create a new Instant invoice with 0 Amount, by creating a negative amount equal to the posted invoice amount.
