We have difficulties when trying to send supplier payment files to bank, and uploading OCR files to IFS Aurena.
Is there anyone who have experienced the same issue ? Are enduser perhaps doing something wrong ?

+14Do you have any examples (snips) of the failure/s? I have had files fail because the external file parameters were not fixed. A careless user can easily select incorrect parameters that will cause the load to fail.
