Hi community,

I have entered fixed values for the posting types GP11 and GP10, code parts cost center and project via the posting control window. However, when the H vouchers are created the specified fixed values are not considered. Has there been a particular reason for this?  What could be a probable cause for revaluation code part values not being not fetched?

Thank you in advance.

Cheers!

Amos

Hi @timothyamos ,

Could you also check in the Revaluation Posting Code Parts window whether the relevant code parts(cost center and project) in your case have the ‘Used in Revaluation’ checkbox ticked?

This checkbox needs to be selected for the code parts to fetch the values automatically when the General Ledger is updated.

Hope this helps :relaxed:

Thanks & Best Regards,
Thanushi

Hi @timothyamos,

Please check if the below field in Revaluation Accounts window is set to Posting Control.

Also, please check if the Valid From date of the defined posting control records are correct.

Thanks and Best Regards

Madusha
