We have one user who is experiencing the GL balance analysis screen greyed out, displaying no filters etc. This arose since moving to Aurena and it is doing the same in Cloud. They get the same issue for all companies and they would have accessed this regularly before, so it cannot be a permissions issue. Has anyone any ideas?
