We work for e French company, an european exportator of goods, and they need to creat an intrastat every month.
We got 2 questions concerning this functionnality :
- Why the format of the CSV of the intrastats report is not at the format of PRODOUANE (the french customs) ? The column are in english and not in the right order.
- The goods under a warranty (at 0 €) shipped, are reassembled in the intrastat report at 0€. But in the european laws, it should reassamble at the sale price they have.
