Hope y’all doing great and safe.

 

After update to version 10 and the Portuguese GET,  a new field popped up in the Objects Form, the “Grouped Code”, which is mandatory. 

 

However, there are 3 possible option (as print below), none is set to be default. 

 

There are 2 major problems regarding this:

 

  1. When we try to create an asset through an Purchase Order (via no part lines), there’s an error due to the fact that there is no default value in the new field (which is mandatory) and no possibility to choose it in the PO form.
  2. When we use the Aurena, the field do not appear, not even in the Objects Form, so, from now it’s not possible to made operations with  assets through the Aurena version.

Does anyone faced the same issue?

With reference to the Issue 2 kindly be noted that “IFS Aurena; Global Extension is not planned to be available on IFS Aurena on IFS Applications 10 track". And it will be facilitated in Cloud

Hi @Luiz R ,

It seems, when it comes to IEE this error specific for Portugal extension, so it is better to create case to support as it limit creating of FA object through Purchase Order..
