Final posting proposal :Error (RA-01403: no data found) occurred while booking "

I have found a fix [ID - 159802] which exists in UPD13 related to this reported error.

Please refer to the below for more information on this fix and check if this applies to your reported scenario.

If have an ARRIVAL transaction with no postings, as a result of either having a very small cost and small qty, or a part that allows Zero Cost even, then upon matching a supplier invoice the following error is raised:

"Error (RA-01403: no data found) occurred while booking Invoice xxxxxx"

Test Plan:
1. Prerequisite is to have an inventory part using Std Cost and which has has the Zero Cost Allowed setting. A Supplier for Purchase Part record exists with a zero price.
2. Create a new PO for the supplier and 1 pce of the part. Release.
3. Register arrival to a picking location and from Inventory Transaction History it can be seen that an ARRIVAL transaction is created with 0 cost and hence no postings added.
4. Create a supplier invoice with some price, e.g. 50 and match against the receipt by changing the Invoiced/Price to 50 in the matching dialog. Save. See that the system has correctly created price difference postings for 50 but then the error above is raised and it is not possible to proceed.
