Hi,

we use an IFS Connect Senders (see the attachment) to export files from IFS to a local FTP server.

Is it possible to export files into SharePoint/Teams?

MfG,

Dietmar

Dear @Dietmar

I believe you can .  Use the FILE_SENDER instead of the FTP sender.  Sharepoint is nothing but a server storage ( in essence) . So intead of the folder name being  \\<server_name>\<Folder_name>  , you would be pointing to <CompanyName>.Sharepoint.com/<Sites>/<Teams_name>/<Folder_name>

  • File

    • File Sender
Choose sender instance from the drop-down list.

    • Output File
Path to the output file. You can use a number of placeholders in the path specification.

Note:  the Server on which these files are being placed, should allow access to the ifs application server admin id, and the same should also be mapped to an admin id, with access to your company domain.

Will take some R&D, to figure out the access to be given to the IFS application admin user id, but technically feasible.

Hi Vibhin,

I will have a look/try.

Keep in touch.

Thx,

Dietmar
