FAP 4 Posting Control Error

Hi Rakesh,

what transaction reason is used in your imoprt transactions?

Be aware that system tries to post all unposted import transactions.

If one of them has transaction reason diferent than DEFAULT or MIGRATION you will get above error.

You can zoom with F9 to the specific accounts (129500 and 910030) and check the column ‘Valid from’  to see wether the time intervall for the accounts are valid. In the Posting control Details there is also a column ‘Valid From’.

Please check whether you have defined an account for releavent transaction reason and  verify its valid from date in the  “posting control details’ window.

Accounts are defined having valid from date but still getting the error.

What is the transaction reason have you used in those transactions? 
Maybe you have records with empty transaction reason.

I am using “MIGRATION” as an Acquisition Reason in Object window.. All the Objects created have same acquisition reason.

Still getting error.

could you query in window Financials/Fixed Assets/Transaction Analysis and Reports/Object Transactions Analysis for transcation with Object Transaction Type = Import and Status = NotReady to check if all unposted import transactions have Transaction Reason = MIGRATION or DEFAUL?
