We have some customers who choose to pick up their orders or have a third party pick them up. How can we get the correct tax on those pick up orders using Avalara? Is there a flag or setting that can be changed for these orders?
The Delivery address is needed as the final destination for the 3rd party carrier, but the tax should be based on the manufacturing facility address.
