External Mixed payments - Limitation

in US we use an external payment process with a USCHECK (similar) file type. This process loads a simple file containing some payment reference (could be check number) total value of the payment (total of the check as an example), the invoice number and the amount applied to an invoice.   

In this process the invoices can be from multiple companies for the same payment transaction.   The file template does not include company; the invoice numbers drive the company.   The first invoice number for a payment, drives the customer ID. 

The takeaway is - that US file type is very easy to use. More importantly it supports multi company even though company is not in the template.   

Given this, have you tested where your file contains invoices from different companies?    It’s very possible that it does support multi company (invoices) even when the company is not in your detail.  

The trick we use s to make sure the different companies use different invoice numbers. That would be an easy test using the manual cust invoice - company 1, use invoice number like 100, company 2 use invoice number 200.  Have file with invoice 100 and 200.  Check the matching and see if it finds both invoices and does the correct entries. 

Test, it may work.  Test should take minutes.

This is to give you an update on this,

I tried in the way you suggested and noticed its not a possibility, 

I get error for second line : 

A Payer/Payee Identity does not exist. A parked payment will be created using company
