Hi,

you can use file template ‘STDCIN2’ available in standard IFS application. Please refer below screen preview for easier reference.

Refer below steps

1. Prepare file as csv file and column sequence should be column sequence defined in detail tab.
2. Define upload parameters in ‘External Invoice\External Customer Invoice Parameters’ window (Financials\Customer Invoice\External Invoice\External Customer Invoice Parameters)
3. Then upload the file using ‘External Customer Invoice Assistance’. Make sure to select correct file template while uploading file.

You can use the attached .csv file as a template (change the information as appropriate). The file template that you should use to load this file is STDCIN2.
