Error while printing final invoice for customer order with paid advance invoice

Hello, 

I have made an advance invoice for customer order and the advance is paid. When I try to make the final invoice for the order, I get this error message.

We are running IFS APP 10 UPD 8. I read from another case “Error message during printing an instant invoice”, which also had something to do with advance invoice, that there might be a bug in UPD8 (151458). Is this a totally different case? Any solution?

Hello,
Patch 151458 is included in UPD8 , so you have it installed.
It fixes error: unique constraint (IFSAPP.INSTANT_INVOICE_DETAIL_RPT_PK) violated] in report method [INSTANT_INVOICE_RPI.Instant_Invoice].
But you have error in report method [CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_RPI.Report_Invoice]
I haven't found a patch for this report method.
I found only similar patch 159909 , but it is for report method [CUSTOMER_ORDER_CONF_RPI.Report_Confirmation].
I think you can raise a ticket to your Support for detail investigation.
