Dear Community,

 

Could you please explain why the below error appears when deleting a site in IFS Cloud?

 

 

I was trying to delete extended site info.

Hi,

I have tried to delete Site and there was no problem in Aurena with that. First I deleted connected users and extended site info. Maybe you have to wait for next SU to fix that.

Hi @Thakshila ,

This error refers that you have used the same record (Site ID”CAT” ) in some other place in the application. First you have to delete that record and then try to delete the Site.

Additionally, If you are more familiar with the IE client, I believe it is easy to find the record via IE.
