Has any one faced error during offsetting instant invoices and end up with error :'The Customer Info object does not exist'? ( I am using IFS 7.5 SP4)

Check your address info types, you are probably missing the Document address type for the customer you are trying to offset to. (Though 7.5 is back a bit from my version, so that might not be quite right, but there is something missing on the customer setup for the company you are in) It could also be the Invoice or Payment info missing for that customer as they are both Info type objects.

Yes, the error is to do with the customer window.
As suggested check the addresses, invoice and payment tabs.
