E-Invoicing -Polish localisation

Dear  All,

I’m reaching out to your expert advice on  the below matter .
This issue is relating to obligatory  e-invoicing in Poland (Related with  Polish localisation.)
Customer is currently using IFS Apps 10 UPD 17 (prod) (Test environment is in upd 21 and customer had not updated prod  to UPD21)

If they upgrade to satisfy the legal requirement ,  do they have to buy additional software (pagero or any other 3rd party tool ) to complete the e- invoicing capability ?

Or once they  upgrade  IFS, are they completely compliant and they  can do this new requirement just with the upgraded IFS?

Please check out the Polish Country Solution for the details for Polish e-Invoice solution for Global Extension on Applications 10.
 

The solution requires a third party to handle the communication with Tax Authority and current solution is developed in cooperation with IFS partner Pagero.

Are you talking re KSeF?  If so, so far we do not need a 3rd party.  IFS have supplied the IFS Connect objects for this.

Are you going to be using Rebate Invoices?

May I know in cooperation means customers do not have to pay for the 3rd party tool as well?

Please advise further, as per ​@Udanee should Pagero be providing assistance without charge?

We need Rebate Invoice and have been told that is not included.  Why not when it is a requirement?

“If they upgrade to satisfy the legal requirement ,  do they have to buy additional software (pagero or any other 3rd party tool ) to complete the e- invoicing capability ?” - in APP10 we have e-invoice in “IFS Syle” so customer need to connect with 3rd party like Pagero who will transform that file into ‘KSEF style’.

Part of our official documentation:

 

Customer should choose any 3rd part (I know that IFS Partner also have solution for that) and should agree the price dor that cooperation.
