date format of customer statement of account

You can set default locale for a country on ISO Code usage window. If the field for a country is blank that the format should be fetched from users windows local settings.

So review default setting for the user.

Below is my ISO code usage and I want date of the customer statements of account to be in UK dates not in USA.

The language of the statement (e.g. English - British or English) is driven based on the language on the customer record. The language will be the default value on all customer document printouts, unless changed manually.

The second setting that will drive this is the language on your user account settings.
