Customer Reminder proposal IFS 8

Facing the error while changing the due date of the customer invoice. We already Excluded invoice from reminder proposal.Still facing below issue

Hi,

The best practice is to remove (delete) all Reminders proposals in status Created. After changing due dates you can generate them again.

did you ty to remove invoice from reminder proposal? Status change to Excluded is not enough I’m afreiad.
