Customer ledger open items report-Unable to view the GL account in cloud version

Dear all,

Seeking your valuable inputs

I cannot view the GL account wise customer ledger open items balances in the report. Since the GL account is not visible in the print preview.

I have tried all the report parameters (selected the GL accounts) ,created a new layout, viewed the summary  but no luck

GL accounts will be visible like this only. Unable to see the customer wise GL A/C values
Viewed from totals per code part values . But report does not view the GL

Please advise

Hi,

If the account ismissing (haven’t checked this) you might create a support ticket for that.
Besides that I would recommend to use Customer Open Balance History
 

You can use any date to create the overview:
 


This will give you also an overview with posting information.
