Customer Check-Write-off small balance

Hello,

We are moving soon from IFS10 IEE to Cloud and I am testing New Customer Check.

I am trying to Write-off a small difference, but when I click Finish I receive the message that WO Notice Item already exists.

I checked the screen WO Notice Items and I don’t have anything there. Also, I don’t have any WO proposals.

What else can I check?

Are we allowed to use Write-off functionality on New Customer Check in Cloud (same as in IFS10)?
